E = IR, that is - Voltage = Current × Resistance.
So it stands to reason that Current = Voltage ÷ Resistance and
Resistance = Voltage ÷ Current
P = IE or Power is Voltage × Current
So you can see that Amps = Watts ÷ Volts, and
Volts = Watts ÷ Amps.

There used to be Three branches of government in the USA. They used to be:

The 4th "Branch" or 4th Estate - The Press
The fourth estate is a term that positions the press (newspapers) as a fourth branch of government and one that is important to a functioning democracy. The phrase is attributed to Edmund Burke (1729 - 1797), a British politician, as quoted in Thomas Carlyle's book, "Heros and Hero Worship in History" (1841)
The Fifth Estate is a socio-cultural reference to groupings of outlier viewpoints in contemporary society, and is most associated with bloggers, journalists publishing in non-mainstream media outlets, and the social media. The "Fifth" Estate extends the sequence of the three classical Estates of the Realm and the preceding Fourth Estate, essentially the mainstream press. The use of "fifth estate" dates to the 1960s counterculture, and in particular the influential The Fifth Estate, an underground newspaper first published in Detroit in 1965. Web-based technologies have enhanced the scope and power of the Fifth Estate far beyond the modest and boutique[1] conditions of its beginnings.
The Three new branches of our Government
The President is now (as of NDAA 2012) allowed to indefinitely detain or murder anyone, anywhere for any or no reason
The NSA (controlled most likely by bankers) listens to every conversation and blackmails whoever they like
The state Department now (as of NDAA 2016) is allowed to control what we see and hear and what is laughable considered the Truth
The Federal Reserve owns all -- including the press -- and is owned by a few private families
